At The Carolina Company, we take pride in every gift we curate. Please review our return policy below.
Curated Gifts & Swag — Given the custom nature of our business and the volume of food items, we DO NOT accept returns. To report any issues, please contact us at vtomic@thecarolinacompany.com with your order number. We do want our customers and recipients to be totally satisfied, so please reach out as soon as possible to give us an opportunity to make things right.
Print-on-Demand & Custom Items — Because our custom and print-on-demand products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a reprint or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders — If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at vtomic@thecarolinacompany.com or call us at 910-833-6557 and we will make it right at no cost to you. Please email us any pictures possible to help us improve our process.
Refunds — Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Local Delivery & Pickup Orders — Please inspect your order at the time of pickup or recipient delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours.
